House Rules:
Guests are expected to follow the following rules and may be removed from the unit if they don't.
Pets are not allowed, however service animals can be accommodated within reason. Please let your host know beforehand.
Events are not allowed and quite hours are in place starting 10:00PM.
Smoking, vaping, e‑cigarettes are not allowed within the unit.
Cancelation Policy
Full refund for cancellations up to 30 days before check-in. If booked fewer than 30 days before check-in, full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in. After that, 50% refund up to 7 days before check-in. No refund after that.
For stays longer than 28 days, Full refund up to 30 days before check-in. After that, the first 30 days of the stay are non-refundable.
